I just bit my tongue off.

Everyone's heard the phrase, 'Hold your tongue' or 'Bite your tongue'.  Well, I think I bit mine off.  I have to say, I've been in a fairly good mood since the trip to Hawaii.  But something happened yesterday that just set me off.  My immediate response was go off but I stopped just short.  I bit my tongue...off.  (Of course this is all figuratively speaking, as all this went on through an email.)  For the most part, I have let it go, but really, why do people push buttons that they know shouldn't be pushed.  It irks me.  For someone who has a problem with me being mad, this person sure does piss me off a lot.  Whatever, it doesn't matter....I went to HAWAII!!!!  :)

Back from Hawaii!!

Well, here I am, back from Hawaii.  Let me just say, AWESOME!!!  That was the best vacation ever!  I will get my pictures back today and hopefully I can put a link to my online album.  The views were incredible.  I would suggest that Everyone go to Hawaii.  Kauai was the best island of the three that we visited.  (Maui, Oahu, & Kauai)  Everyone on the trip got along and we all had a great time.  I was so glad for Erin that she was able to fulfill that dream and I feel so lucky for being able to experience it with her.  Some of the activities we did were a Luau, dinner cruise in Maui, Golf, Helicopter & Kayak Tour, Massage on the beach, Body Boarding, toured a wet and dry cave, layed on the beach, and took lots of pictures.  I ended up with 14 rolls of film and 2 hours and 45 minutes of tape on the video camera!!  Yeah, it's gonna cost me a pretty penny to get them all developed but I don't care...It's Hawaii Photos!!!!

Right now, I am extremely tired as the jet lag is now starting to catch up to me.  I didn't think it would be that bad but, Wow, it has hit me like a ton of bricks.  So, I am going to keep this a bit short and will have to enlighten you all with my stories on another day.    So, for now, I will have to say ALOHA and will tell more tomorrow.

OMG, It's Wednesday!!!

**Note: All Italic words should be said, either aloud or in your head, with a British accent.

It's Wednesday!!!! I leave for Hawaii on Saturday. I am now starting to enter a bit of a panic mode. I don't even know where to begin, to start, to begin to pack. And even though I know I should begin to pack or atleast make a list or something, will I do it? No. I will wait til Friday to try and get it done all in one day. In fact, the thought crossed my mind a bit earlier that I might go and indulge a $1.00 movie. Actually...correction....$1.50 movie. (Movie theaters are bloody money whores) A movie!? Am I kidding myself?? Go home and pack you freak! But I can't. I must wait until the last possible minute and then feverishly run around like a jooby goon that's hyped up on tylenol pm, vivarin, and kool-aid all at the same time. I won't be done packing until approx. 3:30am (noting that I have to leave at 4:30am) and get absolutely no amount of sleep. And the thought has now occured to me that instead of making a list, I'm typing in my blog. {shake of head} I'm going to try a make a list now.... and to get a spot of tea.

Flower Girl

Posted by Hello

I was thinking about my wedding. And when the day comes that hell has frozen over, I have determined that I will have an actual flower girl go down the isle before me. Actually, I maybe should rephrase and call her a 'Girl Flower'. Please humor me, as I give you a lucid and reasonable explination for this. I figure, that the time I get married, I will be old, ugly and crippled. Having a Girl Flower walk before me down the isle will, no doubt, get all the attention off of me and my cane (or depending how far in the future, my handicapped hoverboard). The Girl Flower would now be the one drawing all the attention, not to mention, the pointing, whispering and snickering as I go down the isle. Or atleast it would give me a reason to think that it is she and not I that is getting laughed at. So yes, it is now determined that at my wedding, I will have a Girl Flower. And we shall all have a great time spraying her with the water hose at the reception...
